Size Slider Added

Added a character size slider to have more diverse body sizes.  The slider is present near the bottom of the character creator scene, right underneath the snapshot button.

A couple notes about the new slider:

• The slider alters the overall scale of a character.
• Changing the slider dynamically changes the character's size.
• Clicking the randomize-all button will also randomize the slider.

This is the first step towards that dwarf body coming in the near future.
