RPG Character Gen

RPG Character Gen is a dress-up-style Windows application that allows for creating fantasy RPG character portraits in a sweet cartoon hand-drawn aesthetic.  You can also download PNG exports of your character at a 1200px resolution.

While this software was originally intended as a supplement for dungeon masters and game masters designing NPC's, it can also serve a variety of creative purposes for players and non-RPG persons alike.

This software is (and probably will forever be) free to use.

The artwork is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY).  You're free to remix, adapt and redistribute any of the character portraits you download.  Just be sure to give proper credit if you post it somewhere.

RPG Character Gen is currently in active development.  The current version of the software is complete, however.  We merely intend to add more character parts in the future.

All images saved via this tool output to the "My Documents" folder of the current user.  The directory is:
